How to automate conversations using Gallabox?

By automating your website conversations with Gallabox, you can:

Here's a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to automate your website conversations with Gallabox:

Set Up the Website Widget

  1. Login to your Gallabox account and look for the "Settings" menu in the left navigation.

  2. Select the "WhatsApp Channel" and click on Widget Tab.

  3. Add your Business Name, Availability Tag and other details to customize your widget. Click on generate "Widget Code".

  4. Gallabox will provide a JavaScript snippet. Copy & paste or get the code snippet via email.

  5. This snippet goes into your website's code to embed the chat widget.

Build Chatbot Flows for Lead Capture

  1. Identify the common reasons for website visits, such as to get a product demo, to get onto the subscription plan etc...

  2. Using Gallabox's chatbot builder, create a chatbot with flows mirroring the identified website visit options.

  3. Within each flow, design "Bot Flow Intents" (user prompts) and corresponding automated replies. These replies will showcase your business, product details, or service descriptions.

Example:

  • Flow: Product Details

  • Bot Intent: User types "Tell me about your product"

  • Reply: "Sure! Our product helps you achieve X, Y, and Z. Here are some key features..." (Include product information and benefits)

Connecting With Agents and Taking Payments

  1. Use 'Assign Conversation' bot card allowing users to "Connect to an Agent" for further inquiries. When chosen, Gallabox can assign the conversation to a either a Team or a particular user.

  2. Use payment gateways (RazorPay, PhonePe, & Stripe) available as a Bot Connectors to facilitate secure online payments.

  3. Upon successful payment, use 'Update Contact Fields' to update the user's contact tag.

Example:

  • Flow: "I Want to Subscribe"

  • Action: User clicks "Subscribe Now" button

  • Next Step: Gallabox redirects user to a secure payment page (Stripe/Razorpay/PhonePe)

  • Post-Payment Action: Gallabox updates user's contact tag with "Subscribed"

Automating Onboarding with Sequences

  1. Utilize Gallabox's sequence templates to create automated follow-up sequences based on user tags. These sequences can send WhatsApp Notifications or trigger additional chatbot interactions.

  2. Design templates with training materials, welcome messages, and additional resources relevant to the user's subscribed product or service.

Example:

  • Sequence Trigger: User tag is updated to "Subscribed" after payment

  • Sequence Action: Automated WhatsApp Notifications series containing welcome messages, product tutorials, and training materials.
