# Managing Instagram Comment Automation

### Step 1 : Navigate to Instagram Post

After connecting your Instagram channel, you should see two options: Instagram Post and Instagram Comments

Navigate to Instagram Post to view all posts associated with your account.

We automatically Enable comment automation to few of your recent Posts but you can enable it manually based on your need.\

Additionally there is an option to Enable Comment Automation for all Future Posts<br>

### Step 2

#### Access Instagram Comments

Navigate to Instagram Comments to view comments for posts where comment automation is enabled.

If automation is enabled for all posts, the future comments made to those posts will be displayed here.

### Step 3

#### Intent Classification

Comments are categorized based on predefined intents. There are eight default intents for categorizing comments.

When a comment is made on your account, it is categorized into one of these intents.

Comments that do not fit any category are marked as uncategorized.

### Step 4

#### Toggle Simulation and Live Modes

Two modes are available: Simulation Mode and Live Mode.

In Simulation Mode, comments are automatically fetched and displayed after account connection. The AI comment replies and AI DMs are not posted to instagram live accounts. This mode is for safe testing.

In Live Mode, The AI comment replies and AI DMs will be directly made to the Instagram account.

### Step 5

#### Configure Automated Responses

You can configure instructions for automated responses for comments and DMs.\
\
You can also provide additional business context in automation configuration to make comments and DM suit your business tone.
