Gallabox is introducing **AI Wallet** to make using our AI-powered chatbots more flexible and affordable for your business.

This means you will only pay for what you use and can easily add more credits whenever you need.

### What Are AI Credits?

AI Credits are units you spend each time your chatbot uses AI to generate responses. When your bot processes customer queries, the system counts the tokens (input and output) and deducts credits accordingly.

Every Gallabox account using the AI Chatbot Add-on is allocated credits per month. You can also purchase additional credits anytime.

### How Does It Work?

AI Credits are linked to a **monthly recurring add-on subscription** that you can start or cancel at any time (changes apply in the next billing cycle).

> **Note:** AI Credits reset on the 1st of every month regardless of when they were purchased.

### Purchasing Your AI Credits

You can purchase AI Credits in two ways:

#### 1. AI Chatbot Add-on Subscription

When you activate the AI Chatbot Add-on, you automatically get 25,000 AI Credits per month.

**How to Activate:**

1. Navigate to **Subscription** in your Gallabox workspace.
2. Click the **Buy Addons** and select **AI Credits Add-on**.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Your AI credits will be instantly available.

> **Example:** If you are on a quarterly plan and activate the add-on, you will be billed $150 / INR 12,750 and receive 25,000 credits per month for 3 months.

#### 2. Buying Additional Credits

If you run out of credits mid-month, you can top up at any time:

* Each increment: **5000 credits for $10 / INR 850**
* Credits are added immediately.
* These credits also reset on the 1st of the next month.

**How to Buy Extra Credits:**

1. Go to **Subscription** in your Gallabox workspace.
2. Click Buy Addons and in the AI Credits addons, choose the number of increments you want.
3. Complete the payment.
4. Credits are instantly added.

### Pro-Rated Billing

If you purchase the AI Chatbot Add-on or extra credits mid-billing cycle, Gallabox will automatically calculate the amount based on the remaining days.

> **Example:** If you buy on the 15th of a 30-day month, you’ll pay 50% of the cost and receive 50% of the monthly credits.

To help you avoid disruption, Gallabox notifies you when your credits run low:
