Set up Default Bot

Ready to publish your bot? Find out how to make it default by navigating to the WhatsApp Channel in Settings. Follow the steps to assign the bot and ensure a smooth chat-flow for your users.

Once you are done setting up the chat-flow and ready to publish the bot, you can make the bot default.

Set Up Your Default Bot

The other way to make a default bot is

1. Navigate to WhatsApp Channel under Settings.

1. Go to Assignments and scroll down to Assignment Rules.

1. If Assign New Conversation box is checked, and Assignee is Bot then the default bot is selected. If not, check the box for Assign New Conversation, assign the Bot and select the bot you would like to trigger.
