# Workflows for LeadSquared
### LeadSquared New Lead Automation
1. From the top navigation click on **Workflow** and select **Automation.** Click on **+ Create Automation** and then click on **Build from Scratch**.
2. Click on **New Lead** and **Save**.
3. Click on + and **Actions** drop-down will open and select **Messaging** and under that Click on the option **WhatsApp.** Select the desired template and click on **Save**.
4. Click on Publish to send the selected message automatically be shared with the new lead that gets created.

Make sure that the template message you want to share is already copy & pasted on your Leadsquared account from your Gallabox Account.

### Lead Update Notifications
1. From the top navigation click on **Workflow** and select **Automation.** Click on **+ Create Automation** and then click on **Build from Scratch**.
2. Click on **Lead Update,** select the desired lead field and click on **Save**.
3. Click on + and **Actions** drop-down will open and select **Messaging** and under that Click on the option **WhatsApp.** Select the desired template and click on **Save**.
4. Click on Publish to send the selected message automatically once the lead gets updated.

### Scheduled WhatsApp Messages
1. From the top navigation click on **Workflow** and select **Automation.** Click on **+ Create Automation** and then click on **Build from Scratch**.
2. Click on **Lead Field,** select the scheduled time & date to send the message and click on **Save**.
3. Click on + and **Actions** drop-down will open and select **Messaging** and under that Click on the option **WhatsApp.** Select the desired template and click on **Save**.
4. Click on Publish to send the selected message automatically on the scheduled time.

### List-Based WhatsApp Messages
1. From the top navigation click on **Workflow** and select **Automation.** Click on **+ Create Automation** and then click on **Build from Scratch**.
2. Click on **Lead Added to list,** and select the list from Available static list and click on **Save**. If you haven't created any List on LeadSquared, go to [List Management](https://help.leadsquared.com/list-management-feature-guide/) and create one.
2. Click on + and **Actions** drop-down will open and select **Messaging** and under that Click on the option **WhatsApp.** Select the desired template and click on **Save**.
4. Click on Publish to send the selected message automatically when a lead is added to a static list.

### Broadcast Messages on LeadSquared
To send broadcast messages on LeadSquared:
1. Select the contacts that you would like to send WhatsApp Messages.
2. Click on Actions and choose the option - WhatsApp.
3. A pop-up will open up for you to choose the Channel, Name the Campaign, and Choose the WhatsApp Template to be shared.
4. Once you click on Send, you will get a confirmation that the messages were sent.
