Sending payment links to your customers via WhatsApp can streamline the transaction process, making it quick and efficient. This guide walks you through the simple steps to do just that.
Go to Conversations and choose the contact you would like to send the Payment link to.
Click on Send payment request and the pop-up will open for you to enter details.
Enter the amount and mention the reason for the payment request.
Click on Send and you have successfully sent a payment request.
The user will see the payment request on their WhatsApp as shown below:
