Activate WhatsApp Business API on your own number

Prepare for WhatsApp Business API! Key points to ensure a smooth activation process on your number.

Important Points to note before starting the process

If you are using WhatsApp with the number, take a backup of the data (if needed) and remove the account.
Business phone number should be handy to receive OTP!
Keep your Facebook Business Manager account logged in on another tab of the same browser.

Click on Activate Free Trial button.

Sign up on 360 Dialog either with your Facebook Account or Business email id. We would recommend you to create a account via your Business email id.

You have to continue on 360 with your Business's Facebook Account.

a) Fill in your business information

b) If you already have a WhatsApp business account, Choose that or else you can create one.

c) Create a Whatsapp Business profile. The information provided here will be visible to WhatsApp users.

d) Enter the mobile number that you want to connect with and verify it using OTP.
