Coupon Code

A new button (Coupon Code) has been added in both the Categories - Custom marketing and Custom Utility templates.

Please ensure that the sample code has ONLY alphanumeric (special characters are not allowed) and that it does not have any space in between characters.

Sangam CRM is available integrations

Click on ‘Plug’ icon and we can see that Sangam CRM is an integration available in integrations. Clicking on it, it will redirect the user to that URL.

Easily identify and rectify errors while publishing the bot

Once the bot is built, modified, and published, any errors in the bot flow will be indicated by a ‘Caution’ icon in the top right corner of the page. An error description will accompany a ‘Go to Card’ button, which, when clicked, will direct the user to the problematic card and highlight it.

The types of errors that will be notified are:

  1. Start block not connected – If the start node is not connected to a card, an error message will appear stating ‘Connect the start block.’ Click on ‘Go to Card’ to fix the error and link the start block to the first card.

  1. Cards are in circular dependency - A circular dependency arises when the conversation flow creates a loop, leading to repeated interactions without progress and leaving users trapped in a cycle of responses that return them to the same point.

This typically happens when the nodes in the card are not properly connected. Ensure that the End node of the first card is linked to the Start node of the second card.

  1. Block configured in Jump-to is not connected to another node

This error arises when the Jump to card contains an incorrect block ID or when the configured block is not linked to another node, leading to an infinite loop.

⚙️ Improvements

Conversation report under the analytics module

Click the ‘Analytics’ icon and select the Conversation Report. By default, Owners and Admins can view the conversation reports, while Members cannot. When customizing roles, conversation reports in Analytics can be enabled only if the user has access to the Conversation module.

🔧 Fixes

Below listed bugs were detected, and they have now been fixed.

  1. Conversation - Conversations in mine inbox were not arranged as per timestamp.

  2. Conversation - The length of the text were improperly aligned while sending the PDF with text.

  3. Case sensitive in field name to be ignored while scheduling the Broadcast.

  4. Integrations: Google sheet connect button is not responding when click.

  5. Order Flow setting in Bot - When saving Order based flow settings, the page goes blank.
