⚙️ Improvements

Conversation : Add FRT and contact fields data in conversation Report download

Now you can track the FRT (First Response Time) which is the Time that is taken to send the first message to an incoming message by an agent after the conversation is assigned to them. First Response time will be displayed in the conversational Export with information detailing the date and time of the response.

CTWA - CAPI INTEGRATION

Click on ‘CAPI Configuration’ on the top right corner of the page under Catalog. You will be redirected to login to Facebook next.

Once connected, there are two options as of now to capture the events, Lead event and purchase event.

Lead events can be triggered via two modes, - new incoming message or by adding a conversation tag.

For example- If a user goes to XYZ website and adds a product to the cart , then they will be considered as a lead event . The event is triggered by a specific action that indicates a potential for conversion or engagement. In this case, adding a product to the cart shows interest in purchasing, which makes it a "lead" event.

Purchase events can be triggered by adding a conversation tag. We can also provide the average order value that a contact is expected to pay. If these conditions are satisfied, the purchase event will be captured in the overview. The events are tracked in logs under the events column and can be viewed in export also.

By integrating the Gallabox CTWA API, you can effectively manage Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, enhancing customer engagement through direct WhatsApp conversations initiated from your advertisements.
