Meta has made service conversations free starting November 1st, which will be implemented in Gallabox on the same date. This allows businesses to scale their support efforts sustainably, as they can have unlimited user-initiated conversations without incurring extra charges or hitting tier limits. Additionally, utility prices in the 'Rest of Africa' will also be reduced effective November 1st.
