Conversation Inbox – Image Visibility Configuration
We have added a new setting to control image visibility in the Conversation Inbox:
Images are now hidden by default.
Users can enable a global Image Visibility Configuration, or manually toggle visibility per image within the conversation thread.
This setting is channel-based and applies to all users and roles who have access to conversations.
This update helps declutter the inbox and improves message focus, especially in image-heavy conversations.

Contact & Company Fields Usability Enhancements
We have made improvements to how custom fields work within contact and company records:
Users can now create duplicate "Label" fields.
However, creating duplicate “Name” fields inside field collections is restricted to maintain clarity and prevent data issues.
These changes offer more flexibility while keeping key field integrity intact.

Shopify Integration – Redirection to App Store
We have improved the Shopify integration flow:
When setting up a new Shopify integration, users will now be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the Gallabox extension.
Once installed via Shopify, the Shop URL is automatically synced to your Gallabox account.
Any further configuration can be completed directly within Gallabox.
This change ensures a smoother, more standardized integration experience using Shopify’s native flow.
