1. ViaSocket Integration Added ViaSocket is now available under the Integrations section. Clicking it navigates users to ViaSocket’s official setup page.

1. Marketing Messages – MM Lite API Integration

To improve message delivery and engagement, we have integrated Meta’s MM Lite API. Users can now choose between:

• Advanced Mode – Powered by MM Lite for better reach and timing

• Standard Mode – Default delivery behavior

3. CleverTap Integration – Track URL Button Clicks

We have improved the integration with CleverTap by allowing URL click tracking for campaigns triggered from CleverTap.

To track clicks:

• Enable Template Track Check while creating the template in Gallabox

• In CleverTap, enable Provider Click Tracking
