12 May: AI Chatbot Assignment action improvement

⚙️ Improvements

We have improved the way assignment actions are created and managed within the AI Chatbot (Instructions, Role & Goal) interface.

Highlights

• You can now create assignment actions directly within the AI bot’s configuration (Instructions, Role, and Goal sections).

• Typing “@” in the input field will display the assign_to option.

• Upon selecting assign_to, you’ll see a list of available assignment types to choose from.

• Selecting one will automatically create an Assignment Action within the bot logic.
