WhatsApp Template media

You can now upload the media (videos & doc files) to create a WhatsApp template with up to 16MB size, making it easier to share richer media content through WhatsApp templates.

The upload limit for image files continues to be 5MB, ensuring that image uploads remain fast and optimized for performance.

WhatsApp Flow Industry-Specific Templates

WhatsApp flow templates are now categorized by industry for easy browsing. Users can find templates mainly in Ed-tech, Healthcare, Travel, Real Estate, and E-commerce. A search option is also available for quick retrieval by name.

Chatbot Variables

We can now add variable buttons for the following cards in the Bot module:

• Send form

• Ask list option

• Ask form

• Send list option

• Send Button Option (CTA URL)

For example, click the Bot icon on the left panel, select the bot, and then the appropriate flow. Choose the Send list card and create a variable name to store the response. Once created, you can select the variable from a dropdown. If a customer picks a product, you can reference the details later in the flow to confirm their order.
