CTWA: AD analytics
CTWA has been relocated to the left navigation, providing analytics on created CTWA ads and their performance within the selected date range. You can export CTWA ads data and individual ad conversations, including lead and purchase events if CAPI is configured.

WhatsApp Flow Improvements: Duplicate Flow, Mark questions as required
Flows has been renamed "WhatsApp Forms" and this change is reflected throughout the platform, including the left navigation (Flows -> Forms), bots, WhatsApp templates, and canned responses.
A "Clone" feature, similar to that for WhatsApp templates, has been implemented for WhatsApp Forms. Single choice, multi choice, dropdown, and opt-in fields are now mandatory.
If a business manager isn't verified for a channel, a message will prompt them to complete verification to access the Forms feature.

Zoho CRM Onboarding flow improvements
Some changes are made in the Zoho CRMs Integration flow.

AI Chatbot: Image Support and Response Settings
The AI bot flow now includes a Settings tab for configuring the delay message and image processing capabilities.

Improve integration Log capabilities
As part of the initial improvements to Integration Logs, we have introduced a search feature to look up phone numbers, along with added filter options for Status.
