Note:
Before integrating Zoho CRM, make sure you are on Professional Plan or above.
In Zoho, we send templates based on the chosen configuration. Whether you pick zoho.phone or zoho.mobile, it will work for bulk messages.
In the WhatsApp widget, if there is no configuration, the widget takes the value from the zoho.phone if it is available; otherwise, it takes from the zoho.mobile.
Zoho Signals feature is exclusive to the Lead module within Zoho CRM.
We have merged Zoho CRM & Zoho Signals Integration into one for a better user experience. If you had a Zoho Signals Integration, it is automatically merged and access token is generated. Else, create the New Integration to generate the access token.
The Access token will work both for Zoho CRM and Zoho Signals. If you have upgraded the Gallabox extension, follow the below steps to configure.
In Gallabox, Go to "Integration" and click on the "Zoho CRM & Zoho Signals" App in the available integration apps. Click on 'Connect', name the integration and click on Submit. You will be redirected to Zoho authorization window.
By clicking the "Accept" button on the Authorization page of Zoho, you allow Gallabox to access data in your Zoho account. You will be redirected to Gallabox to configure the Zoho CRM & Zoho Signals.
If you are not redirected to Authorization page, sign in on Zoho using admin credentials.
Go to your Zoho CRM account. Under Marketplace, search for Gallabox extension (WhatsApp Business Messaging for Zoho CRM) and install the extension.
Follow all the installation step, providing the authorization until you are asked to configure WhatsApp Business Messaging - Settings.
To configure the installation with Gallabox, make sure to add the Access Token when prompted in Zoho. Copy the Access Token from your Gallabox Zoho CRM & Signals Integration screen and paste it under the Access token field in WhatsApp Business Messaging - Settings in Zoho.
Toggle the switch 'ON' if you want to sync contacts between Gallabox and Zoho. Choose the option from the dropdown for 'Create new record as' as per your business terminology. In the below GIF, we have taken the value as Contact.
If you are on either on Scale or Pro Plan, you will be asked to enable the Signal Toggle first.
Zoho Signals introduces a notification system that keeps users informed when their chat is not in an open state. Notifications are triggered 5 to 10 seconds after closing an open conversation. Notably, conversations lasting between 5 to 10 seconds do not prompt notifications.
If you are not on either Scale or Pro Plan, you will be asked to update the Channel Name. The Enable Signal Toggle will be inactive for you.
Once you are done with selecting the Channel Name, click on 'Update Configuration' button at the bottom of the screen.
Your Gallabox Extension is now ready to send messages from your Zoho's dashboard. The contact sync is also activated.
If you are not getting any notifications:
Make sure you have updated the Gallabox Application on the Zoho Marketplace.
Verify if the channel is integrated with Zoho Signals in Gallabox.
Once you add Gallabox in your Zoho Account, a chat widget will appear in the various modules like Leads, Accounts, Deals, or Contacts. You can send WhatsApp Templates, respond to their WhatsApp Message, add Notes for the internal team and much more.
To access the Chat Widget in a Lead Module:
Go to the module, click on a lead to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.
To access the Chat Widget in a Accounts Module:
Go to the module, click on an account to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.
To access the Chat Widget in a Deal Module:
Go to the module, click on a Deal to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.
To access the Chat Widget in Contacts Module:
Go to the module, click on a contact to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.
