Create a Tag

To create a tag:

  1. Go to Tags under settings and click on +Add Tag.

  1. You need to specify the Name for the tag. The name should be descriptive and relevant to the type of contacts or messages you intend to associate with this tag. For example, if you want to create a tag for customers interested in a specific plan, you can name it "Plan A Enthusiasts."
