# Message Tracker

The Message Tracker feature in Gallabox allows you to keep a record of your messages for better organization and monitoring.

You have to create a Tracker and then link it to the respective message template you would like to monitor.

#### Create a Message Tracker

To create a message tracker:&#x20;

1. Go to Message tracker under Settings and click on +Create Tracker.&#x20;

2. Provide the Tracking Name and the descriptive description for your tracker, making it easier to identify their content or purpose.

#### Add the Message Tracker

Once you've established a message tracker, the next step is to associate it with the specific WhatsApp Template that you wish to monitor closely. This linkage allows you to track the usage and performance of that particular template effectively.

To link the message tracker:&#x20;

1. Go to Message Templates under settings.&#x20;

2. Choose the message you would want to monitor and follow the GIF.

#### Message Tracker Logs

Here you can view the stats for the campaign you have attached the message tracker to. You will get to know the number for  your customers views, their response, reaction, URL click rate (if added in the WhatsApp Template), and unsubscribe rate.
