### **Your Subscription at a Glance**

The "**Plan & Subscription**" section provides details about your active subscription, billing info, manage your subscription, and invoices.&#x20;

#### Change your Billing Information

You can change your billing info by clicking on 'View Billing Info' button. Apart from the country field, you can change all the other fields.&#x20;

#### View you Invoices

View your past and current invoices by clicking on the button 'View Invoices'.&#x20;

### Manage Billing & Subscriptions

Under this you can manage your plan (upgrade or downgrade), change the payment methods, and download the invoices for message credits and subscription plans.&#x20;

To upgrade or downgrade you Subscription plan, click on the button 'Manage Billing & subscriptions'. Click on your active plan name, then click on Edit Plan. Choose the plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to. Click on Update Subscription.&#x20;

You will get notified by email about this change and the respective invoice attached with that email.&#x20;

### Cancel your Subscription

To cancel your active subscription, click on the button 'Manage Billing & subscriptions'. Click on your active plan name, then click on Cancel Subscription button.

If you feel cancelling your subscription was a mistake, you can click on 'Remove Scheduled Cancellation' link to get back your subscription.&#x20;
