Go to settings under Cart Abandonment and start adding the details.

4. To enable tracking, check the box for Start capturing abandonment carts. Add the time as per your research for the cart abandoned [cut-off time](#user-content-fn-1)[^1].

If you want to disable tracking for someone, you can check the box for that. Disable tracking for other other status apart from Pending payment, On hold, and Failed as shown in the screenshot below.

<figure><img src="https://2022268617-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FZcl3T6ePz95GpzjAeOLW%2Fuploads%2Fw1D8qu0UQdF0rm6Ds3zR%2FWooCommerce1.4.png?alt=media&#x26;token=07295f28-21a5-4775-8d8e-29f059cf8de7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

5. For the Webhook Settings copy the Webhook URL generated in your Gallabox Account and paste it in the Webhook URL field.

{% hint style="info" %}
The webhook generated in your Gallabox account will look like this:&#x20;

\[<mark style="color:blue;">`https://server.gallabox.com/accounts/6449104a0a74778d292f255a/integrations/woocommerce-cartflow/65042f036eded7cbe9782159`</mark>]&#x20;
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://2022268617-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FZcl3T6ePz95GpzjAeOLW%2Fuploads%2FA3NrBMH2uf7pt5M7drCf%2FWebhook-wC.png?alt=media&#x26;token=632ea862-309d-4cf8-8bd7-0da83b4d59c4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="warning" %}
The working of webhook doesn't depend on the status of **Trigger Sample**. Even if you get "Trigger Failed" as a status, your webhook will work after Saving.
{% endhint %}

6. Once you are done adding the fields for the plugin, click on Save Changes for this plugin to get into action.

[^1]: This is the cut-off time after which the plugin marks the order as abandoned. The time is in minutes.
