Access Cart Flow from your Gallabox Account

  1. 1.From the left navigation go to Integration and Click on Cartflow from the available apps.

  1. Click on Connect and enter your brand name, choose the connection, and enter your shop URL for the integration and click on Submit. A webhook URL will be generated which you have to enter in your WordPress account.

If you already have a connection that you have created for WooCommerce, you can use that existing connection.

  1. Once it is done, it will redirect you to Configuration and you will have to select the channel and click on update configuration.

Adding Webhook URL in your WooCommerce

  1. In your WordPress Account, from the left navigation bar select Plugins and click on Add New.

  1. Now in the search bar, search for Cart Abandonment Recovery and Install the plug-in as highlighted in the screenshot.

  1. Once it is installed, go to WooCommerce and click on Cart Abandonment as shown in the screenshot below.

Go to settings under Cart Abandonment and start adding the details.

  1. To enable tracking, check the box for Start capturing abandonment carts. Add the time as per your research for the cart abandoned .

If you want to disable tracking for someone, you can check the box for that. Disable tracking for other other status apart from Pending payment, On hold, and Failed as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. For the Webhook Settings copy the Webhook URL generated in your Gallabox Account and paste it in the Webhook URL field.

The webhook generated in your Gallabox account will look like this:

The working of webhook doesn't depend on the status of Trigger Sample. Even if you get "Trigger Failed" as a status, your webhook will work after Saving.

  1. Once you are done adding the fields for the plugin, click on Save Changes for this plugin to get into action.
