# Calendly

Want fewer missed appointments? Connecting your Calendly schedule to WhatsApp using Gallabox can help. It sends automatic reminders and confirmations, right to your clients' phones.

This way, they get a message where they're already looking – on WhatsApp. And you save time by not having to call or email reminders yourself.

### Before you Begin:

1. You will need a [Calendly](https://calendly.com/) account before proceeding with the Integration.
2. Add the Location (*Google meet, physical location, or any other link to join*) for the Event under Event details.

### Connect your Calendly Account with Gallabox

1. Go to **Integrations** from the Left Navigation. Scroll down to Available Integrations and Click on *Connect* besides **Calendly**.

2. Once the **Calendly Integration Page** opens up, click on Connect again. Enter *Integration Name* and click on Submit.

3. You will be directed to either Calendly's Sign in window (if you are not already signed in) or to the Integration Configuration Page (if you have signed in already on another tab).

> If you have not signed in to your Calendly account, sign in and then you will be redirected to the Calendly Configuration page in Gallabox.

4. If you want to change the Integration name, you can. Select the WhatsApp Channel you would like to use with "**Calendly Integration**". Click on **Update Configuration**. You will be taken to the Calendly Workflow page. You can create the *Workflows* for **Reminder Messages**, **Confirmation Messages**, and share **follow-up messages** with your customers.
