Streamline your lead management process with Sangam CRM integration. In this guide, discover how to effortlessly connect Sangam CRM and create leads for efficient customer relationship management.
Choose the connector - Sangam from the list of connectors or use the search bar.
Click on action - Create Lead and it will ask you to Add New Connection or Select Existing Connection. If you haven't made any connection, provide a name, API Key, and the domain name for your Sangam CRM.
After you click on the action,
Once you have pasted the API Key and the Sangam CRM domain, click on Create Connection.

Once you click on Create Connection, the Gallabox will have access to Sangam and an connection will be created as shown in below screenshot.
Click on Connect besides the connection you created to start configuring the action.
The required fields are - First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Designation, Department, Source, Follow-up Date, and Lost Reason for a particular lead. You have to add the variables for all the fields to create a lead in your Sangam CRM.
Apart from the required fields, there are some optional fields that you can add to your lead - Account Relationship, Hierarchy, Industry, Lead Source, Follow-up Type, Product Category, Salutation, and Status. If you want to push any of the field with the lead you can select the corresponding field. Make sure that you have captured the value for the optional field using the chat-flow.
Once you have selected the corresponding variables, click on Save and the Sangam Connector will be visible in the interface to connect with the flow.
Make sure to add the right variables as values for all the fields.
