WhatsApp Number and Account ID for Identification

Your WhatsApp phone number has an associated ID for identification and communication purposes.

1. WhatsApp API Deployment Check: Hover over the WhatsApp Number to inspect the associated WhatsApp API Deployment (On-Premise or Cloud API).

1. Gallabox Account ID: Unique identifier (ID) linked to your account for identification and Gallabox communication purposes.

1. Connected Status: Monitor to stay informed about the operational status of your WhatsApp API.

Delete your WhatsApp Channel

If in case, you need to delete your WhatsApp Channel, beside your Business Name, click on the side menu dot, and choose delete option from the options.

This option will be available if you have connected more than 1 WhatsApp Channels with Gallabox.

Once you delete the Whatsapp Channel, you cannot recover it again.

Manage Your Gallabox Profile for WhatsApp Business

To access your profile information in Gallabox, follow these steps:

• Business Description: Provide a concise and engaging overview of your business.

• Email Address: Add or update your business's email address, offering users an alternative means to contact you privately and in writing.

• Vertical: Specify the industry or sector in which your business operates, helping Gallabox and users understand your business better.

• Website URLs: Add or modify website URLs to direct users to your online presence, allowing them to explore your products, services, and information.

• Tagline: Craft a memorable tagline that encapsulates your business's essence or value proposition.
