After re-structuring the data as per the sample file, it should look something like:

  1. After you are done re-structuring the data as per the sample file, it is time to upload the excel file in Gallabox. Provide the Marketing - Opt in status and choose the Phone Number format to proceed with the broadcast.

  1. If your WhatsApp Template has pre-defied variables, then you can map the variables and add the Payload for the buttons in the WhatsApp Template (if you would like to run any Bot flow once you get the response from the customer).

  2. If your WhatsApp Template has a CTA button with Dynamic URL you will have the option to pick one variable. Adding a variable creates a personalized link for the customer to view their info. Only one variable can be added to the end of a URL.

  3. If your WhatsApp Template has a Media, you have the option to add a variable or upload the media file from your device.

Add Button Payload

Button payloads allow you to integrate interactive buttons within your messages, enhancing user engagement through CTAs.

  1. If your WhatsApp Template has a Call-to-Action (CTA) button that links to a Dynamic URL, you can use it to send a customizable web address based on what your customer is looking for.

  1. If your WhatsApp Template has a Media, you have the option to add:

  • Variables: Map for dynamic content and bot flows.

  • Dynamic URLs: Create personalized CTA links.

  1. If your WhatsApp Templates has Quick Reply buttons, you can trigger a Bot. In the button payload field, enter the intent for the bot will you want to trigger for the Quick Reply.

Once the Variable mapping and media mapping is done, we will proceed with review & configuring the Reply-to settings to send the broadcast.
