To connect your Pipedrive account with Gallabox follow the below steps:
From the left navigation go to Integration and Click on Pipedrive under the available apps. Click on Connect and provide a name for the integration and click on Submit.
Pipedrive OAuth pop-up will open asking you login into the Pipedrive with your credentials and to allow and install Gallabox in your Pipedrive account and connect to Gallabox. Once you install, the integration will be connected.
Once the Integration is done, you can access the Chat Window for every contact created in your Pipedrive CRM using the following steps:
Choose the desired contact you want to send WhatsApp Message to under Deals module. Click the three horizontal dots on the right to open the drop-down menu, then select "Send WhatsApp Message." A Gallabox conversation pop-up will appear for you to log in to your Gallabox Account.
Login on Gallabox, select the WhatsApp Channel you will use to send WhatsApp Number, and click on Start Conversation button.
The chat window will open. To initiate conversation with the customer, choose the desired WhatsApp Message Template, provide the value for any variables defined, media attached, and payload if you would like to trigger a bot for Quick Replies. Click on Send to share the message template with your customer.
Close the Gallabox conversation window to do remaining tasks. If you want to again send a message to your customer, click on the option - Send WhatsApp Message.
