# Marketing opt-out Management

1. The footer content mentioned below is made mandatory by default during the creation of marketing templates.

2. When a contact, whose marketing opt-in was previously set as YES, responds with STOP,
3. Gallabox automatically sends a message informing them that they have unsubscribed from marketing messages.
4. Additionally, the marketing opt-in of the contact is changed from YES to NO.

5. If the contact chooses to subscribe back by clicking on the displayed button,
6. Gallabox will subscribe them back and change the marketing opt-in from NO to YES.
