Push Notifications
Push notifications are a fundamental component of Gallabox's communication and collaboration capabilities. They keep you informed and engaged, ensuring that you're always in the loop, no matter where you are or what device you're using.

Change Password
Changing your Gallabox account password is a straightforward process that can be done for security or routine maintenance reasons. Here's how you can update your password:
Go to Change Password Option as shown in the GIF.
To change password, enter Current Password, the New Password, and re-enter the New Password to Confirm. You will also have the option to logout from all devices.
When you change the password, you will logout from all the logged in devices by default.
Account Status
Account Status refers to the operational state of your Gallabox account. In an active account, you'll receive all notifications, and conversation assignments will work as expected. Conversely, in an inactive account, you won't receive notifications, and assigning conversations won't be possible.
It's a crucial setting to ensure you stay updated and maintain control over your account's functionality.
