### **Why Use CTWA Ads?**

1. **Reach customers on Facebook and Instagram**\
   Your ads can appear across Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed, Instagram Stories, and Messenger — reaching your audience wherever they spend time.
2. **Faster Lead Generation**\
   Customers can connect with you instantly through WhatsApp, leading to quicker responses and higher conversion potential.
3. **More Affordable Leads**\
   Reduce your cost per lead by up to 60% by focusing on high-intent users already interested in your offering.
4. **Higher Quality Conversations**\
   CTWA helps you identify serious prospects early on so your team can prioritize them for better results.
5. **Instant Access to Contact Info**\
   When someone clicks your ad and starts a conversation, you instantly get their name and WhatsApp number—no extra steps needed.
6. **Simplified Ad Tracking**\
   Gallabox handles the tracking for you. No manual setup or confusion—just clear visibility into what’s working.

### **Setup Checklist for CTWA**

Before launching your first CTWA campaign through Gallabox, make sure the following are ready. These requirements apply whether your ads run on Facebook, Instagram, or both:

1. **A Verified Facebook Business Manager**\
   Your Facebook Business Manager must be verified.
2. **An Active Facebook Page**\
   This is a required part of running any Facebook or Instagram ad.
3. **A Valid Facebook Ad Account**\
   Your ad account should be active, with a working payment method attached to Meta.

### **How Gallabox Tracks CTWA Leads**

Once your campaign is live and users begin interacting with your ad, Gallabox helps you stay organized and informed through **CTWA Tagging** and a **72-Hour Ad Engagement Window**.

#### **CTWA Tagging**

Whenever a customer initiates a chat by clicking on your CTWA ad:

* A **“CTWA” tag** is added to that conversation and you will see this tag in both the chat list and inside the conversation.
* Hover over the tag to see: *“This conversation was initiated through the CTWA ad.”*

{% hint style="info" %}
*The CTWA tag appears only for the first interaction triggered by the ad. If the conversation is resolved/closed and restarted later, the tag will disappear. This action will close the Ad Engagement Window.*
{% endhint %}

#### **Ad Messaging Window**

When a customer clicks your CTWA ad and starts a conversation, Meta provides a **72-hour free entry-point conversation window** — meaning Meta does not charge a per-message fee for that conversation during this period. This is a significant cost benefit over standard WhatsApp Business API messaging. Gallabox displays a countdown timer in the conversation so your team can respond and engage within this window.

Please note:

* The timer begins **once your team responds** to the customer.
* It shows how much time is left in the free messaging window.

### **Automatic Source Tracking**

If a new contact is created through a CTWA conversation, Gallabox automatically logs key details under the contact’s profile:

* **Contact Created Source:** CTWA
* **Source ID:** Ad ID
* **Source URL:** The link from which the customer clicked

{% hint style="info" %}
These fields appear only if your account has had at least one CTWA conversation. These fields are not editable, ensuring consistent data tracking
{% endhint %}
