# Manage your Connections

Ready to expand your WhatsApp capabilities with another number on Gallabox? In just a few simple steps, you will know how to add an additional WhatsApp number to your Gallabox account, giving you even more flexibility for your business communications. Let's dive right in!

To add another WhatsApp number in Gallabox, follow these steps:

1. Go to  WhatsApp Channel under Settings from the left navigation bar.&#x20;

2. Click on "**Manage Connections**" button and it will redirect you to a page where you will see your added connections. Click on the button "**Next**" on the top right corner.&#x20;

3. Once you click on the button "**New**", a 360 dialog will open up for to you registered a new number with 360 dialog. Sign in using your credentials and activate you number.&#x20;

4. If you choose to sign up using your business's Facebook account, follow the prompts provided by 360 Dialog to complete the registration process seamlessly.

Next, you'll need to create or select a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) for your business.

5. Provide accurate business information, ensuring visibility to WhatsApp users.

6. If you already have a WhatsApp Business account, select it; otherwise, proceed to create a new one.

7. Create a Whatsapp Business profile, ensuring the information provided is visible to WhatsApp users.

8. Enter the mobile number you wish to connect with and verify it using the one-time password (OTP) sent to that number.

9. Allow some time for the instance to be prepared for use.

10. Once your WhatsApp Business instance is ready, proceed to authorize Gallabox for integration. This step enables seamless communication between your WhatsApp Channel and Gallabox.
