### Order Pending Status

To send the Order Pending notifications automatically, you will have to create a workflow under the WooCommerce Integration with Gallabox. Let's delve into that.&#x20;

1. Go to **Integration** on your Gallabox dashboard. Click on the **Integrated WooCommerce Application.**&#x20;

2. Go to Workflow. Click on Use button beside **Order Pending Workflow**, and choose a **Message Template** that you want to send to your customers when customers add the product in their cart.

3. Map the **variables** for the selected message templates and click on **Submit.**

### WhatsApp Note

To send a Notes automatically, you will have to create a workflow under the WooCommerce Integration with Gallabox. Let's delve into that.

1. Go to **Integration** on your Gallabox dashboard. Click on the **Integrated WooCommerce Application.**

4. Now, when you go to any order in your WooCommerce account, you can add note for  the order and then you have to scroll down and update the order actions. Only when you do this, the workflow in Gallabox would work.
