To send the Order Pending notifications automatically, you will have to create a workflow under the WooCommerce Integration with Gallabox. Let's delve into that.
Go to Integration on your Gallabox dashboard. Click on the Integrated WooCommerce Application.
Go to Workflow. Click on Use button beside Order Pending Workflow, and choose a Message Template that you want to send to your customers when customers add the product in their cart.
Map the variables for the selected message templates and click on Submit.
Add the relevant Send After time.
