To start with creating Sequence or WhatsApp Drip Campaign, you need to be aware about the basics like Trigger, Conditions, and more. Let's understand these terms in more detail.
You have three options for Trigger - On Create, On Update, Both (On Create & On Update).
On Create: Use this Trigger if you want the Sequence to Trigger when a contact is created.
On Update: Use this Trigger if you want the Sequence to Trigger when a contact is updated.
Both (On Create & On Update): Use this Trigger if you want the Sequence to Trigger when a contact is created and when a contact is updated.
You have two conditions - Start Condition and Stop Conditions.
Start Conditions - These are the conditions that define the criteria a contact must fulfill to initiate a sequence. You can choose from the contact fields to define the criteria.
For example: You can choose the Contact Field - Marketing Opt-in or Tags as Start Conditions. If a contact has Marketing Opt-in as Yes and Tags as Prospect, they meet the start conditions to trigger the follow-up WhatsApp sequence.
Stop Conditions - These are the conditions that define the criteria a contact must fulfill to exit a sequence. You can choose from two status - Success or Failure. You can choose from the contact fields to define both the criteria's.
These are the criteria that define a successful outcome for a drip campaign. When a contact meets these conditions, it indicates that the campaign has achieved its goal.
For example, if the goal of a campaign is to drive sales, a success condition(s) can be Lead Stage/Status as Demo Booked or Demo Completed or In Negotiation or Deal Won.
The Contact Field - Lead Stage/Status will be available when you Integrate your CRM with Gallabox.
You can select the preferred time range and specific days for sending messages within the sequence, and these choices will apply to all message deliveries in this particular sequence.
