# Broadcast Re-targeting

## Re-target a Broadcast

Send a follow-up message to the people who behaved a certain way in a previous broadcast.

#### What you can do

* Re-engage anyone who **didn’t open** your last broadcast.
* Push a sweeter offer to the segment that **read but didn’t click**.
* Nudge the contacts whose message **failed** the first time.

### 1. Where to start

1. Go to **Broadcasts** in Gallabox.
2. Find the broadcast you want to use as the source.
3. Click **Retarget Broadcast**.

> 🔒 The Retarget button only appears after the original broadcast is **Completed** (100 % processed).

### 2. Pick the audience slice

A new broadcast draft opens on the **Audience** step.\
Choose one of the ready-made filters from your past broadcast<br>

* Clicked
* Replied
* Failed (but phone number is on WhatsApp)
* Form Filled

> 💡 If the original broadcast had a **Form**, you’ll also see **Form Filled / Not Filled**.

Click **Continue**.

***

### 3. Compose & send

The rest of the flow is identical to any other broadcast:\
Template → Review → Send.

***

### 4. How to recognise a retargeted broadcast

* A **Retargeted** tag sits in the top-right corner of the broadcast report page.
* The overview line shows:\
  \&#xNAN;*Retargeted From: “Original Broadcast Name” – Filter Name Audience*\
  Example: *Retargeted From: Summer Sale – Read, Audience*

### FAQ

**Q. Can I change the audience after sending?**\
No. Duplicate the broadcast and pick a new filter if you need another slice.\
**Q. Can I retarget a retargeted broadcast?**\
Yes. Any completed broadcast—original or retargeted—can be used as the source.\
**Q. Will the new broadcast count toward my daily limit?**\
Yes. It’s a normal broadcast; limits still apply.
