# Fyno

### Connect Fyno in Gallabox

1. From the left navigation go to **Integration** in your Gallabox and Click on **Fyno** from the available apps.

2. Click on connect. Provide a name for the integration and click on **Submit**. On connection, Gallabox will ask a **Status URL .** This URL is generated in the Fyno Platform.

### Create Integration in Fyno

3. On another Tab of your Browser, login to your Fyno Account. From the left navigation click on Integrations.

4. Under WhatsApp, select Gallabox. A popup will open, click on 'Add Account' on left side of the popup.

5. Enter the name for you Integration. You can add any custom name.

### Generate Access Token in Gallabox

6. Once you provide the custom name, copy the Delivery Callback URL and paste it in your Gallabox Fyno Configuring Window.

7. Select the WhatsApp Channel you want to connect with Fyno to get notifications on Gallabox and then update configuration.

8. An Access Token will be generated upon the configuration update. Copy the Token and paste it in the Fyno Window. Click on Add Account.

9. Switch back to Gallabox and click on Update Configuration once again. The Fyno integration is ready to use.

### Supported WhatsApp Templates

Apart from the Text Templates and Button Templates, you can also send the below WhatsApp Templates via Fyno to your customers:

* Flow Template
* Carousal Template
* Location Template
* Catalogue Template
* Payment Template

### Add WhatsApp Templates

1. To add templates, go to Fyno under Templates in the left navigation of your Fyno Dashboard.

2. Click on 'Create' button on the right side of window. Name your template and choose the Channel (WhatsApp) and again click on Create button.

3. Choose the Template Type as 'Synced' and you can choose from the list of WhatsApp Templates created on your Gallabox Account. Choose the Template from the dropdown you would like to send via Fyno.

4. Enter the Image URL, sample values for placeholders (variables), and for the button values. Click on Save.
