Ready to enhance your Zoho experience? Install Gallabox Extension and connect it to your Zoho Account effortlessly. Follow our simple instructions for a smooth integration process.
Installing Gallabox Extension on your Zoho Account
In Gallabox, Go to "Integration" and click on the "Zoho CRM" App in the available integration apps. You will see "Connect" button to proceed with the Integration.

You will be navigated to our Extension on the Zoho App Marketplace. Click "Install".

Once you click on the "Install", a pop-up will open as shown in the below screen.

If the below pop-up opens up, login to your Zoho Account and then click on "Install".
Configuring your Gallabox Account
After Clicking on "Install," if you are redirected to the below screenshot, it means the extension was already downloaded.

If the extension was not downloaded earlier, it will redirect you to the below screenshot confirming the installation of Zoho.

To add your Gallabox Account to your Zoho Account, click on "Settings" as shown in the below screenshot.

Clicking on the "Settings" will redirect you to the window where you have to add the Gallabox Account Id, API Key, and API Secret.

Click on "Configure" after pasting the Account Id, API Key, and API Secret.
Your Gallabox Extension is now ready to send messages from your Zoho's dashboard.
Create Gallabox Connection in Zoho
Follow the below steps to create a connection in your Zoho account
Go to Setup then Developer Space. Under the Developer Space, choose Connection and click on Create Connection.
Under Create Connection select Custom Services and click on Create New Services.

Fill in the information for the Gallabox as directed in the screenshot below.

Pro tip:- Copy & paste the data shown in the above image to your page, and you're good to go.
Give the Connection Name and click on Create and Connect.

Fill in your ApiKey and ApiSecret from the Gallabox account and click on Connect.
