Discover how to send broadcasts using Google Sheets in Gallabox. Follow the guide to access Google Sheets and configure your Gallabox account in Google Sheet to share messages with your contacts.

Apart from using the Broadcast feature in Gallabox, you can also use Google Sheets to send the broadcast.

Access Google Sheets from your Gallabox Account

1. From the left navigation go to Integration and Click on Google Sheets from the available apps. You will be redirected to Make a Copy of the Google Sheet.

1. Click on Make a Copy and change the name of the Google Sheet from Copy of Gallabox WhatsApp Broadcast v221010.0 to your desired name. Then start adding the contact details to which you want to share the broadcast.

1. Once you have added the contact details like Name and the phone number, click on the Gallabox icon as shown in the below screenshot. Then click on WhatsApp Broadcast.

1. You will be asked to authorize the Gmail account that is connected with Gallabox account as a next step. Click on Continue and make sure to select Advanced when it is prompted and click on Gallabox WhatsApp Unsafe to procced further. Provide the permission to the google account.

Configure the Gallabox Account in Google Sheet

1. Once the permission is provided, click on the Gallabox icon again and then WhatsApp Broadcast and you will be asked to enter the email and password. You have to enter your Gallabox credentials. Then click on Submit.

1. Click on Account Config to configure your account. You will be asked to chose the number and add the respective API Key and API Secret.

If you have more than one phone numbers, those will be listed out and choose the number that you would like to send broadcast with.

1. Once you paste the API Key and API Secret, you can go back to Home in the pop-up and click on Run Once or Run on Edit under Run Broadcast to share the messages with the contacts in the Google sheet.

• Run Once - Choose this if you want to send the broadcast only once.

• Run on Edit - Choose this option if you are using the google sheets for your broadcast campaigns. Whenever a field in the google sheet is updated like a WhatsApp number, the broadcast will be shared with the customer.
