To add the audience, you have to add the:
Campaign Name: Give your campaign a unique name that helps you identify its purpose.
Campaign Tags: Provide Tag(s) to categorize your campaigns. To create the Tag in the field, type the tag name and click on Tab.
Campaign Type: You also have the option to change the Campaign type at this point.
Audience Type:
Select Send to users in single segment if you want to target all users who are included within a particular segment.
Select Send to users in multiple segments and/or don't send to users in certain segments to narrow down the audience to a very specific user persona, defined by including and excluding several segments from the target audience.

After selecting the message template, you have to add the Sample Values for the variables defined.
You can create 5 variations of your message. Variations are just different versions of the campaign's message that facilitate easy multivariate testing.
Click on Save & Continue Button at the bottom right of the screen to move forward to turn On "Conversion Tracking".
This part of campaign creation allows you to measure the effectiveness of your campaign by:
Tracking conversions for a specific goal.
Comparing performance against a control group.
Testing multiple variations of the message to identify a winning version.
By default, Conversion Tracking is disabled for all WhatsApp campaigns. As shown below, you can use the toggle switch to enable it. Turn On the toggle for the Conversion Tracking. You will see it has been divided into two sections:
Conversion Tracking
Variation Distribution.
However, depending on the number of message variations created by you, the view of Conversion Tracking will vary.
The Conversion Tracking can be set up by:
Selecting a Conversion Event
Selecting Conversion Deadline
Selecting a Control Group (Optional)
If you have created multiple variations of the Message, you can choose to automate the testing process by enabling Send Winning Variation Automatically. Detailed read
