Creating Catalog Message Templates in Gallabox

Make sure your number is connected to Cloud API. If you want to switch to Cloud API, Connect Gallabox Support.

1. To create the Catalog Message template in Gallabox, go to Settings. From the dropdown select WhatsApp templates.

2. Click on + Create New Template. The Template editor will open up.

3. Provide the Name for the Template. Select Product Message in Category. Mark Category Change as "No". Choose the Channel which you have connected with the catalog you want to show your products from.

4. Check if the Catalog Message is selected as the Template format. You will see the catalog connected with the channel showing the number of products in the catalog. Select the Thumbnail for your catalog. If not selected, Meta will use your first product’s image as thumbnail.

5. For the Message Body write the text you want to share with your customers.

6. Provide the sample value for the variable(s) you declared. For Footer you can add any of your company tagline or the recommended unsubscribe option.

7. For the Buttons, you don't have to do anything. Just review if the Call to Action button is selected for you.

8. Review the content once again and as a last step Submit the template for Approval.

Creating Multi-Product Message Templates in Gallabox

5. You have to select and organize products for display within a multi-product message template.

   The first product in the first section will be used as the message thumbnail. You can create up to 10 sections, each of which can showcase up to 30 products.

6. For the Message Body write the text you want to share with your customers.

7. Provide the sample value for the Variable(s) you defined.
