Ready to enhance your Zoho experience? Install Gallabox Extension and connect it to your Zoho Account effortlessly. Follow our simple instructions for a smooth integration process.

Before integrating Zoho CRM, make sure you are on Professional Plan or above.

Installing Gallabox Extension on your Zoho Account

  1. In Gallabox, Go to "Integration" and click on the "Zoho CRM" App in the available integration apps. You will see "Connect" button to proceed with the Integration.

  1. You will be navigated to our Extension on the Zoho App Marketplace. Click "Install".

  1. Once you click on the "Install", a pop-up will open as shown in the below screen.

If the below pop-up opens up, login to your Zoho Account and then click on "Install".

Configuring your Gallabox Account

  1. After Clicking on "Install," if you are redirected to the below screenshot, it means the extension was already downloaded.

  1. If the extension was not downloaded earlier, it will redirect you to the below screenshot confirming the installation of Zoho.

  1. To add your Gallabox Account to your Zoho Account, click on "Settings" as shown in the below screenshot.

  1. Clicking on the "Settings" will redirect you to the window where you have to add the Gallabox Account Id, API Key, and API Secret.

  1. You can get "Account Id" under the Settings > Account Details section available in the Gallabox account.

  2. You can get "API Key" and "API Secret" under the Settings > API Keys section available in the Gallabox account.

  3. Please add the following permissions while creating new API Key or in the existing API Key:

    Contact: MANAGE

    Message: MANAGE

    Template Message: READ

Click on "Configure" after pasting the Account Id, API Key, and API Secret.

Your Gallabox Extension is now ready to send messages from your Zoho's dashboard.

Create Gallabox Connection in Zoho

Follow the below steps to create a connection in your Zoho account

  1. Go to Setup then Developer Space. Under the Developer Space, choose Connection and click on Create Connection.

Under Create Connection select Custom Services and click on Create New Services.

  1. Fill in the information for the Gallabox as directed in the screenshot below.

Pro tip:- Copy & paste the data shown in the above image to your page, and you're good to go.

!!Carefully put the parameter key as shown below as they are case-sensitive!! 

1) Parameter Key-- apiKey
2) Parameter Key-- apiSecret
  1. Give the Connection Name and click on Create and Connect.

  1. Fill in your ApiKey and ApiSecret from the Gallabox account and click on Connect.

Gallabox Chat Widget in Zoho

Once you add Gallabox in your Zoho Account, a chat widget will appear in the various modules like Leads, Accounts, Deals, or Contacts. You can send WhatsApp Templates, respond to their WhatsApp Message, add Notes for the internal team and much more.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in a Lead Module:

Go to the module, click on a lead to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in a Accounts Module:

Go to the module, click on an account to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in a Deal Module:

Go to the module, click on a Deal to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in Contacts Module:

Go to the module, click on a contact to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.
