The order details template is an interactive tool that improves the call-to-action button. It lets you send order details in a template, providing a better experience than standard messages.
Once your Order Details message templates are created and approved, use them to send messages with order or bill information to prompt customers for payment.
Here are the steps to create an Order Details Template in Gallabox:
To create the Catalog Message template in Gallabox, go to Settings. From the dropdown select WhatsApp templates.
Click on + Create New Template. The Template editor will open up.
Provide the Name for the Template. Select Payment Utility
in Category. Mark Category Change as "No". Choose the Channel which is connected with the catalog you want to display your products from.
You can either choose the Catalogue Products as the Template format or custom products as the Template format.
Catalogue Products as Template Format: Select and send products from your connected catalogue.
Custom Products as the Template Format: Create and send your own product items.
Choose the payment provider (WhatsApp Native Payments) from the dropdown.
If you haven't connected any payment method to Gallabox, go to the guide.
You can highlight your message by adding either a text or an Image as a Message header.
Now, add the message content you would like to share with your customers. To make it more personalized, use variables as shown in the GIF.
You can add a footer to your message as well.
Select the product or products you would like to send to the customers from your catalogue.
Under advanced settings, it is optional to add the details for Tax, Shipping, and discount (if any).
If you want to create a WhatsApp Order when sending a product template message, toggle the switch on for - Create WhatsApp Order when Sending Payment Template Message. If the option is not enables, an entry will be created in the payments section.
Once you are done adding the details for all the fields, click on Submit for Approval with the META Team. It will take around 24 hours for the WhatsApp Template to get approved status.
Once your template is approved, you can start sending product messages seamlessly. Ensure to monitor the approvals and make any necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Once the template is sent, it acts as a payment request. By clicking on "View order," the user can see the order details. Order and payment details can be viewed in WhatsApp Order and Payment records based on their source.
