Setting up flows in Gallabox simplify communication and automates tasks to meet your needs effectively. Create a WhatsApp Flow from scratch or use a predefined template.
From your dashboard go to Flows in the left navigation. You can either click on the box in the left side or the button on the right side of window to create a New Flow.
Choose from the pre-defined templates available. Available Templates are Travel Booking Inquiry Form, Webinar Registration Form, Feedback Collection Form, General Inquiry Form, and Appointment Booking Form.
You can preview the how WhatsApp Flow will look to your customers on the right hand side of the window before using any Template.
After clicking on "Use this Template," the template builder will open. You can edit the components within the template. Use the "Add Content" button to add images, date pickers, multi-choice options, dropdowns, and opt-in choices among others. Click "Save as draft" after making your edits.
You can add upto 100 screens to a WhatsApp Flow. Each screen can include:
Up to 3 Image components
Up to 20 Single choice or Multi-choice components
More than 20 Dropdown components
Up to 5 Opt-in components
Maximum number of components per screen is 100
Your WhatsApp Flow Template draft will be saved. You can edit it again if needed. This will serve as the final revision before publishing.
To publish the draft of your WhatsApp Flow, click on Publish flow button on the right side of the window.
Published Flow can be shared via a Message Template or as a Canned Response or via Bot.
From your dashboard go to Flows in the left navigation. You can either click on the box in the left side or the button on the right side of window to create a New Flow.
Click on 'Build From Scratch' option. The Flow Builder will open for you to start creating your WhatsApp Flow.
Once you are done adding the relevant components in your WhatsApp Flow, click on 'Save as draft' button on the right side of the window. It will save your current draft.
Make sure to add the name for the WhatsApp Flow and the category.
You can still edit after saving your draft. If no edits are needed, procced with Publishing the flow by clicking on the button on the right side of the window.

You can share the WhatsApp Flow using three methods in Gallabox:
You can view the responses for all the customers interacting with your published WhatsApp Flow under the 'Responses' tab.
If in any case you would like to unpublish or deprecate a WhatsApp Flow, all you need to do is click on option 'Deprecate' as shown below.
Once you Deprecate a WhatsApp Flow, you won't be able to revert a WhatsApp Flow.
