Order Based Flow - WhatsApp Payments Card Fields

If the flow is Order Based flow, to set up the WhatsApp Payment Connector, there are four mandatory fields and eight optional fields that you could fill.

Mandatory Fields

  1. Payment Provider: Choose the desired payment provider for processing transactions through WhatsApp.

    Options available:

    • RazorPay

    • PayU

    • WhatsApp Payments

  2. Body: Enter the text, providing essential information about the payment. (Maximum characters: 1024)

  3. Currency: Specify the currency for the transaction (Indian Rupees).

  4. Tax Amount: Enter the tax amount for the transaction. (Maximum characters: 10)

Optional Fields

  1. Header Image URL: Enter the URL for the header image that will be displayed during the payment process. (Maximum characters: 1024)

  2. Footer: Enter the footer text for additional information. (Maximum characters: 1024)

  3. Tax Description: Enter a description for the tax. (Maximum characters: 60)

  4. Shipping Amount: Enter the amount for the shipping. (Maximum characters:10)

  5. Shipping Description: Enter a description for the Shipping Process. (Maximum characters: 60)

  6. Discount Amount: Enter the amount you want to provide the discount for. (Maximum characters: 10)

  7. Discount Description: Enter a description for the discount your provided. (Maximum characters: 60)

  8. Discount Program Name: Enter a name if you are running any discount programs . (Maximum characters: 60)

Intent Based Flow - WhatsApp Payments Card Fields

If the flow is Intent Based flow, to set up the WhatsApp Payment Connector, there are four mandatory fields and eight optional fields that you could fill.

  6. Tax Amount: Enter the tax amount for the transaction. (Maximum characters: 10)

Optional Fields
