Overview

The Zoho Integration helps you connect your WhatsApp chats in Gallabox with your Zoho account, so you can keep all your customer details and conversations in one place.

When you connect Zoho with Gallabox, you can:

  1. Automatically save customer details from WhatsApp into Zoho.

  2. See your WhatsApp messages inside Zoho under the right customer.

  3. Keep your team updated with the latest chats and contact info.

  4. Follow up with leads faster, without switching between tools.

This is great for businesses that talk to customers on WhatsApp and want an easy way to track those conversations and manage leads without doing everything manually.

In short, Zoho + Gallabox makes your work simpler, faster, and more organized—so you never miss an important chat or lead again.

Note:

  1. The Zoho Signals feature is available only on the Professional plan or higher in Zoho CRM.

  2. Gallabox sends WhatsApp messages based on your selected field in Zoho — whether you choose zoho.phone or zoho.mobile, both options support bulk messaging.

  3. If you haven’t configured a specific contact field in the WhatsApp widget, it will automatically pick the number from:

    1. zoho.phone (if available), or

    2. zoho.mobile as a fallback.

  4. The Signals feature works only with the Lead module in Zoho CRM, and notifications will be shown only to the lead owner.

Zoho Integration Step by Step Guide

  1. In Gallabox, Go to "Integration" and click on the "Zoho CRM & Zoho Signals" App in the available integration apps. You will be redirected to Zoho Marketplace window to install Gallabox in your Zoho Account.

  1. Click on Install button and login to your Zoho Account. Enter your Zoho credentials and confirm the installation.

  1. Confirm the version and proceed with the Installation. Choose for whom you would like to install Gallabox and click on Install.

  1. Now, sign in with your Gallabox credentials and then connect Gallabox with Zoho.

  1. Review the Time zone, date format, and date preview and click on Save to save the configuration. To configure permission in gallabox, click on Configure in Gallabox link on the right side of the window. It will take you to your gallabox account.

  1. Change the name of the integration as you desire. Click on 'Allow Permission' to automatically create a new record in Zoho CRM, if a new contact initiates a conversation in Gallabox and receive a signal notification in Zoho whenever a message is received on Gallabox.

You'll be prompted to re-authenticate with Zoho and grant permission to send signals to your account.

  1. To sync Gallabox contacts to Zoho, enable the switch and choose a Zoho record label. For Zoho signal notifications, enable the switch and select your desired notification channel. Click on 'Update Configuration' to update the integration.

Once you add Gallabox in your Zoho Account, a chat widget will appear in the various modules like Leads, Accounts, Deals, or Contacts. You can send WhatsApp Templates, respond to their WhatsApp Message, add Notes for the internal team and much more.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in a Lead Module:

Go to the module, click on a lead to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

Go to the module, click on an account to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in a Deal Module:

Go to the module, click on a Deal to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

  1. To access the Chat Widget in Contacts Module:

Go to the module, click on a contact to open the detailed view. From the dropdown menu on the right hand side, click on WhatsApp Chat button to open the chat Widget. Sign in to your Gallabox Account and start sharing messages with your customers.

When sending the Broadcast in Zoho, you will be able to send broadcast to upto 100 customers at any moment.
