Create your Campaign

Discover the simple steps to set up your first Click-to-WhatsApp ad campaign.

Now that you have got all your prerequisites in order, let's walk through the steps to set up your first Click-to-WhatsApp ad campaign via Gallabox. It's easier than you might think, here is how you can do it:

Click on 'Create Ad' button on the top right side of the window. Choose the Ad Account, Facebook Page associated with the Ad account, and WhatsApp Channel. Connect the WhatsApp number with the Facebook Page.

Create a New Campaign, your ad, enter the daily budget, duration, Target locations, Age range, and Gender. Click Next.

Choose the Ad Format, upload image, add primary text, headline, description, and desired Call-to-Action. Click on Next.

Customize your Message at this step. Enter the Greeting Message (sent when user starts chat), select either the FAQs or the pre-filled message option. For the Pre-filled message option, enter the message that you want to auto-fill when users clicks the ad. For the FAQ, you can list out the common queries and the answers customers might have.

Once you have added the customer actions, click on Review.

Review your Ad copy at last and click on 'Create Ad'. If you feel like there is any changes needed, click on Go Back button and go to the step you would like to edit.

Your Ad will be saved as paused. You can review and start it from your Ads Manager when you are ready!
